Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience as Sheetmetal Journeyman.
• Deep knowledge of sheetmetal trades, codes, and directing work.
• Experience with multi-craft estimates, scopes, budgets and schedules.
• Ability to read project specs and blueprints.
• Ability to lead a unionized workforce and apply HR principles.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Lead and Journey-level Sheetmetal Workers and shop staff across campus and medical centers.
• Review and coordinate daily schedules; interface with client and Project Managers.
• Write contracts (JOCs, EDPA, PSA) and assess job sites; develop and review estimates.
• Resolve project problems; coordinate outages; ensure proper close and billing.
• Participate in Disaster Initial Response Team; ensure safety compliance.
