The role requires deep carpentry knowledge, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to coordinate with campus clients and managers.

Qualifications

• Requires mastery of carpentry trades and codes to direct work and ensure standards.
• Experience leading journeyman carpenters and coordinating multi-craft projects.
• Ability to prepare multi-craft estimates, work scopes, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Carpentry Shop including Leads, Carpenters, and Facilities staff.
• Review daily schedules, monitor progress, and interface with campus clients to resolve issues.
• Prepare estimates and ensure projects are closed and charged properly; manage costs and timelines.
