Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating estimates, contracts, and job closures, while maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Sheetmetal Journeyman.
• Knowledge of sheetmetal trade codes and safety requirements.
• Experience in multi-trade project estimates, scopes, budgets and schedules.
• Experience assembling and installing sheetmetal products and operating related equipment.
• Familiar with ADA/Fire/Life/Safety code considerations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work of shop staff and crews.
• Review daily schedules, interface with clients, and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare and review estimates, job scopes, and project documentation.
• Write contracts and conduct site assessments; resolve issues and coordinate outages.
