Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Basic computer skills plus mechanical ability
• Ability to read a scale and set knife blades
• Must read and write in English; understand directions in English

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the sheeter to target speed for each run
• Maintain procedures for operation and thread rolls through rollers
• Read scale to determine knife setting and blade positions
• Move and handle rolls up to 6000 lbs; ensure sheet length accuracy
• Monitor quality of sheeting, printing, and sheet measurement
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform light maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work area
• Assist in other tasks or departments as production needs require
