The ideal candidate will train across Die Shop, Web Cutter, and related areas, assist in equipment setup and maintenance, and contribute to safety, quality, and production efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, understand and write English; speak clearly.

Responsibilities

• The Utility Operator will serve as back-up for key positions across the site during planned and unplanned absences.
• Train and develop across multiple departments including Die Shop, Web Cutting, and Gluer operations.
• Maintain equipment, monitor safety, quality, and production efficiency, and document shop floor data.
• Support material handling, housekeeping, and adherence to SCT safety policies.
