Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience/training acceptable.
• Must read and understand documents, read a tape measure, and operate computerized systems.
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude are required.
• Must be able to read scales, set knife settings, and handle heavy rolls with safety.

Responsibilities

• Must safely set up and operate the machine to meet target speeds and quality.
• Set up and operate machines consistently and follow procedures.
• Read scales and determine knife settings; thread paper and move rolls as needed.
• Inspect sheet quality, ensure accurate sheet length, and maintain proper tension and trim.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean work environment following 5S principles and safety guidelines.
