Gallo Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of sheet metal projects from inception to closure. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality while meeting budget and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating shop fabrication and field installation, managing costs and subcontractors, and building strong relationships with owners and general contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required or significant related experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience in sheet metal/HVAC duct construction preferred.
• Working knowledge of SMACNA standards and duct fabrication/installation methods.
• Ability to read/interpret mechanical drawings and BIM coordination (Revit/Navisworks) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage and oversee sheet metal and HVAC duct construction projects of various sizes and complexity.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget with quality.
• Define project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate shop fabrication and field installation, manage field labor and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships for future work.
• Conduct monthly reports and cost reviews to keep stakeholders informed.
