Job summary

Gallo Mechanical LLC is seeking a Foreman to plan, lay out, and supervise ductwork installation on job sites, measuring ductwork and producing shop tickets for mechanical rooms. You will coordinate with the Project Manager and forecast manpower to keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes quality control, safety, and mentoring future field leaders while meeting deadlines set by Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years journeyman experience in commercial sheet metal ductwork.
• Ability to forecast manpower and manage job-site resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay out, participate in and supervise ductwork installation on job sites.
• Measure ductwork and produce shop tickets for mechanical rooms.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and manage schedule, materials, and subs.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance; mentor future field leaders.
• Control costs, payroll and manpower; attend job meetings.
