Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fabricator to perform shop orders using sheet metal fabrication techniques and precision equipment. A working knowledge of metal fabrication, GD&T, and dimensional inspection is required to meet drawings and tolerances.

The role involves operating manual and CNC fabrication tools, coordinating with maintenance, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED acceptable; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with fabrication of components using manual and CNC equipment.
• Ability to fabricate geometrically complex sheet metal and copper parts.
• Knowledge of GD&T and measurement tools to ensure tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Complete shop orders using fabrication skills and equipment.
• Work with sheet metal and robotic or manual fabrication devices.
• Ensure parts meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team and maintenance for equipment reliability.
