Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a skilled Fabricator to cut, form, join, and finish metal materials for prefabrication and construction projects. You will interpret drawings, prepare materials, and operate fabrication tools to produce precise components that meet quality standards.

Under the Lead Fabricator or Prefab Shop Foreman, you will ensure safety, accuracy, and timely completion while adapting to changing priorities and collaborating with shop team members.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of metal fabrication processes including cutting, forming, fit-up, joining, grinding, and finishing.
• Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, dimensions, symbols, specifications, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work orders to determine dimensions and assembly requirements.
• Cut materials to size using saws, plasma cutters, or other cutting equipment available in the shop.
• Join components through welding, bolting, or other methods and perform welding only if trained for the process.
• Check measurements and finish components to meet drawings and tolerances.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report defects or safety concerns promptly.
