Job summary

Power Solutions International manufactures large gen-set packages and enclosures, providing turnkey power solutions worldwide. The Fabrication Team Member will set up and operate metal fabrication machines per blueprints, ensuring precise parts and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining tool procedures, performing routine maintenance, and lifting materials as required. A High School Diploma or GED and experience in metal fabrication are expected; bilingual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; ability to read and comprehend manuals and diagrams.
• Proficiency in metal fabrication machining, assembly, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Metric and English measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metal fabrication machines to ensure precision machining.
• Monitor and verify finished parts conform to engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Follow standard procedures in tool setup, process verification, inspection, and documentation.
• Perform general machine maintenance per daily checklists.
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds; assist with heavier items as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE; other duties as assigned.
