Aerotek in Dayton, MN is hiring a Sheet Metal Fabricator and Laser Operator for first or second shift. The role combines setting up CNC lasers, reading blueprints, fabricating sheet metal components, and using press brakes to meet precise dimensions.

1st Shift 5:30am-3pm Mon-Th and 6am - 10am Fri OT is being worked currently

2nd Shift 3pm - 1:30am Mon-Th (+$2 shift diff)

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience with CNC lasers setup and operation.
• 1+ year of experience in blueprint reading.
• Experience in nesting is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in sheet metal assembly and press brake operations.
• Strong technical aptitude and math skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $39.00/hr.
