Job summary

Aerotek in Seguin, TX is seeking a Laser Operator to join the Form Operator team. You will help set up and run heavy machinery for bending, shaping and cutting sheet metal, support material handling at the press brake, and assist with daily production tasks.

This 3rd shift contract role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM, with pay between $19.00 and $22.00 per hour and on-site work. Ideal candidates have experience with shear, brake operations, measurement tools and blueprint reading.

Qualifications

• Experience with shear and press brake operations.
• 1+ year of experience with tape measure and caliper.
• 1+ year of machine operating experience.
• Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, brake, punch press, and CNC press brake operations.

As a Laser Operator, you will be an integral part of the Form Operator team, providing additional support to set up and run heavy machinery used for bending, shaping, and cutting sheet metal. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
