West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician for the 2nd shift in Cedar Hill, TX. The role involves sheet metal work, drilling, riveting, cutting, and applying sealants on airframe components.

You will operate shop equipment, maintain facilities, and follow FAA guidelines, with opportunities for overtime. We welcome a high school diploma or equivalent; A&P license is not required but encouraged. Valid driver’s license or passport ideal for travel.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Airframe and Powerplant License welcomed but not required.

Aufgaben

• Perform basic sheet metal operations such as drilling, riveting, cutting on airframe components.
• Apply and remove sealant, sound deadening and finish materials.
• Maintain, clean and repair shop facilities, equipment and tooling.
• Safely operate shop equipment: brakes, presses, rivets, shears and hand tools.
• Use computer skills to navigate training, manuals and maintenance databases.
• Communicate effectively in English; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
