Job summary

West Star Aviation in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician to support on-site maintenance and repair of airframe components. This full-time position requires hands-on sheet metal work, riveting and assembly with adherence to FAA guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality, with opportunities for growth in a well-established MRO network. On-site operations and steady workflow provide a reliable work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; A&P license welcomed.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication and assembly preferred.
Ability to read maintenance manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Perform basic sheet metal operations such as drilling, riveting, cutting on airframe components.
Apply and remove sealant, sound deadening and finish materials.
Maintain, clean and repair shop facilities, equipment and tooling.
Safely operate shop equipment such as brakes, presses, riveting equipment, shears, and hand tools.
Communicate effectively in English.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
