Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe and Powerplant license is welcome but not required.
• Journeyman: 0–5 years of experience as composite technician.
• Master: 5+ years of experience as composite technician.

Aufgaben

• Repair parts/components using wet layup and prepreg; clean room and autoclave curing as needed.
• Use close tolerance measuring tools and hand tools for precise assembly.
• Align/assemble with jigs, templates and fixtures; maintain good cleanliness and PPE.
• Operate curing ovens/autoclaves, safely manage shop equipment.
• Maintain clear communication in English and follow FAA guidelines.
