RRD in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled press operator to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain multiple press machines. The role includes color corrections, make-ready tasks, and routine maintenance to ensure high-quality print output.

Shift is 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed and a pay range of $20–$29 per hour. Candidates should have thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, ability to read job specs, and perform precise press settings.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials, specs and safety.
• Ability to read job specs and select appropriate press usage and materials.
• Perform precise settings and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain safe operations and perform minor repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press equipment.
• Make-ready tasks: hang plates, install cylinders, inspect for defects.
• Apply color corrections and press adjustments for quality.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain press; replace worn parts as needed.
• Perform periodic maintenance per manufacturer guidance.
