Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least one year of machine operator experience or a machine certificate.
• Resident within 50 miles of Sumter facility; no relocation benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machines (tapper, shear, laser, brakes) per blueprints.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity goals while performing duties.
• Communicate with team and participate in 5S and process improvements.
• Measure parts and identify nonconforming items.
