Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager for its U.S. manufacturing facilities, including the Roselle, IL area. You will lead SHE programs, drive safety culture, and partner with site leadership to improve environmental, health, and process safety performance.

The role requires 5+ years in EHS leadership in chemical, coatings, plastics, or pharmaceutical environments, and strong communication. A boots-on-the-ground approach will be valued for safeguarding employees and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MSc in Industrial / Chemical Engineering or Chemistry preferred.
• Higher Education certification in Health & Safety preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
• Five years of experience in SHE management or as a SHE advisor in relevant sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Safety, Health, Environmental (SHE) programs across U.S. operations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain field presence and address unsafe conditions promptly.
• Oversee risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions.
