Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree; MSc preferred in Industrial/Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Health & Safety certification preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
• Five+ years of SHE management or advisory experience in chemicals/pharma/oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Safety, Health, Environmental (SHE), Process Safety, and Security programs across U.S. operations.
• Promote proactive safety culture and manage risk to prevent incidents.
• Oversee investigations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site leadership to manage budgets, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies.
