The SHE Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing Safety, Health, Environmental (SHE), Process Safety, and Security programs across all U.S. operations. The role ensures business activities are conducted responsibly by protecting the environment and safeguarding the health and safety of employees, customers, contractors, visitors, and the communities in which they operate.
The SHE Manager promotes and drives compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as their policies, standards, and best practices. Working closely with site leadership teams, this position supports the development of a proactive safety culture where risks are identified, assessed, and addressed before incidents occur.
The scope of responsibility includes occupational health and safety, process safety management, environmental compliance, security management, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation across all U.S. manufacturing facilities, warehouses, laboratories, and office locations. The SHE Manager serves as a strategic partner to site and operational leadership, ensuring consistent SHE performance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance throughout their U.S. operations.
