Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an expert Microsoft 365 SharePoint & Power Platform Development/Administrator to provide onsite support at Norfolk, VA.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, development, and sustainment of SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions within CAPDEV. Clear collaboration with process owners and stakeholders is required to digitize workflows and improve information governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of directly relevant professional experience, including SharePoint administration/development, Power Apps development, Power Automate development, or Microsoft 365 digitization.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing and deploying Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions from requirements through deployment and operation; at least 1 year of recent hands-on development.
• 2+ years in the last 5 administering/configuring SharePoint environments with permissions, information architecture, metadata, and governance.
• 2+ years in the last 5 designing/building Power Apps, with at least two apps actively used in the last 2 years.
• 2+ years in the last 5 designing/building Power Automate workflows, with at least two automated workflows.
• 2+ years in the last 5 developing integrated SharePoint/Power Platform solutions within a single business process.
• 2+ years in the last 5 collaborating with users to analyze processes and digitize workflows or applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, views, permissions, navigation, and information structures to improve collaboration and data capture.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows to reduce reliance on manual forms and fragmented processes.
• Configure forms, business rules, validations, workflow states, role-based access, approvals, notifications, and routing within applications.
• Integrate Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions with enterprise data sources using connectors, APIs, and data gateways.
• Apply lifecycle-management and documentation practices to SharePoint/Power Platform solutions and provide transition materials for sustainment.
