Job summary

Wlgroup in Norfolk, VA, seeks a hands-on SharePoint and Power Platform administrator to design, build and keep enterprise solutions running. You will manage SharePoint sites, metadata, permissions and navigation, and develop Power Apps and Power Automate flows that streamline forms, approvals and data synchronization.

The role requires recent hands-on delivery of Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions, with a focus on information architecture and access controls.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant IT field.
• Hands-on delivery of Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions personally.
• At least 12 months hands-on experience in the last 24 months.
• Two of the last five years in SharePoint administration and information architecture, with recent hands-on work.
• Experience with permissions, access controls, and metadata design.
• At least one recent example of a SharePoint environment you were responsible for.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types and navigation.
• Design information structures with access controls and findability in mind.
• Build and maintain Power Apps apps that replace manual forms and spreadsheets.
• Create Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, routing and data sync.
• Integrate SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse into cohesive solutions.
• Configure forms, business rules, validation and workflow states.
• Integrate with approved data sources via connectors and interfaces.
• Support digitisation across approved environments, including classified ones.
• Troubleshoot to root cause within delegated authority.
• Document configurations, logic, data structures and dependencies.
