Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Microsoft 365 SharePoint & Power Platform Development/Administrator to provide onsite support in Norfolk, VA.

The role involves configuring, developing, and sustaining SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions to improve collaboration and digitize workflows. You will work with CAPDEV process owners and stakeholders to assess requirements, deliver integrated Microsoft 365 solutions, and ensure secure, scalable deployment within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience in Microsoft 365/Power Platform.
• Hands-on development and deployment of SharePoint/Power Platform solutions.
• Experience administering SharePoint environments and building Power Apps & Power Automate workflows.
• Ability to integrate multiple 365 services with enterprise data sources.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, develop, and sustain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and metadata.
• Design, test, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to digitize processes.
• Integrate SharePoint/Power Platform with enterprise apps and data sources using connectors and APIs.
• Provide user guidance, documentation, and transition materials for sustainment.
