Job summary

KaylaTek, Inc. is seeking a skilled SharePoint/365 administrator and Power Platform developer to support DoD-related missions. The role involves managing SharePoint site collections, implementing Power Platform solutions, and troubleshooting incidents within ITIL and SLA guidelines.

Candidates must hold an Active Secret clearance and have strong expertise in web technologies and enterprise administration. On-site work at Joint Base Andrews with some telework is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform tools.
• Proficiency with web development languages and frameworks (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, JSON, Bootstrap, jQuery).
• Experience with enterprise-level system administration and permissions management.
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration, and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online (SPO) and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom SharePoint and Power Platform solutions using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, React JS, and VS Code.
• Design, develop, and manage Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards/reporting solutions.
• Resolve Tier 1-3 incidents, service requests, and operational issues in accordance with SLA and ITIL processes.
• Administer SharePoint site collections including site creation, configuration, permissions, governance, content management, and decommissioning activities
• Manage SharePoint permissions, Active Directory-integrated access controls, and user/group memberships across multiple environments and high-level administrative functions across multiple environments
• Design, modify and enhance SharePoint pages, layouts, branding, and user interfaces to support customer and mission requirements
• Monitor SharePoint environment health, performance, usage, and availability to ensure operational stability
• Coordinate with application teams, database administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant system operations
• Maintain compliance with DoD, Air Force, AFNCR ITS, and cybersecurity policies
• Support after-hours maintenance, troubleshooting, and outage response activities as required
