SimIS Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Developer/Administrator for 100% on-site work in Norfolk, VA. You will configure, develop, test, deploy, document, and improve SharePoint and Power Platform solutions in direct collaboration with operational users.

The role requires hands-on development across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform, with a focus on digitizing work processes, data collection, and recurring business workflows within approved environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5 years of recent experience in at least two areas: SharePoint admin/development; Power Apps; Power Automate; 365 digitization.
• Two years of hands-on Microsoft 365/Power Platform solution development & deployment in live processes.
• Two years of SharePoint admin, configuration, development, or sustainment for active user groups.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, configuration, development, and sustainment of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with process owners, analysts, managers, and stakeholders to digitize or automate workflows.
• Design and implement SharePoint information structures for improved organization, access, and metadata.
