DEFTEC Corporation seeks Contractor Support for Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Power Platform development/administration in the Norfolk area. Qualifications

Active NATO Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or closely related field; or 5+ years of directly relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solution delivery including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Support administration, configuration, development, and sustainment of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform solutions.
Engage with process owners and users to capture requirements and digitize workflows.
Design and implement SharePoint information architectures: sites, lists, metadata, permissions.
Develop Power Apps applications to replace manual forms and fragmented processes.
Create Power Automate workflows for approvals, routing, and notifications.
Integrate solutions with Dataverse and other approved connectors.
Provide documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer for sustainment.
Advise on local vs. enterprise deployment considerations.
