Job summary

KaylaTek is actively seeking a SharePoint Power Platform Developer and Administrator to support high-priority DoD-related environments. The role focuses on administering SPO/Microsoft 365, building Power Platform solutions, and ensuring secure, compliant operations across AFNCR ITS components.

You will work on developing, testing, and deploying custom SharePoint and Power Platform apps, dashboards, and workflows while adhering to ITIL, security, and DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience, incl. 4+ in apps programming and DB management.
• BS degree in CS/IS/engineering or related field.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, JSON, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Full-time onsite at Joint Base Andrews with occasional telework.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, troubleshooting for SPO and Microsoft 365.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Design and manage Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Resolve incidents per SLA and ITIL processes.
• Administer SharePoint site collections and permissions.
• Coordinate with AD and multiple environments; ensure security/compliance.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support after-hours maintenance and outage response.
