Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking an Intermediate SharePoint Administrator to sustain collaboration and content services in a governed environment. You will administer SharePoint Online, manage site architecture, and enforce governance standards while supporting Power Platform solutions and user training.

The role requires at least 3 years in SharePoint administration and Power Platform, with TS clearance. GCC/GCC High constraints and JSON familiarity are noted advantages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SharePoint Site Collection Administration and Power Platform experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Microsoft PL-200 / PL-300 / PL-900 (preferred but not required).
• Experience with access control/permission governance; GCC/GCC High constraints; basic JSON familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, hub sites, team sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, storage management, and site architecture.
• Establish and enforce governance standards, content management practices, and access controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Platform, and user-related issues, including permissions, sync, workflows, storage, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, provide user training and support, and maintain documentation.
