Job summary

MI Technical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Developer to design, develop, customize, and sustain SharePoint-based collaboration tools and Power Platform solutions for government and enterprise clients.

The role administers SharePoint Online, builds dashboards with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and collaborates with stakeholders to translate mission needs into scalable IT solutions. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, a relevant Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
2+ years of development experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with agile development methodologies and testing/debugging.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as an Administrator/Owner for SharePoint Online and SharePoint environments.
Design, build, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions to improve user experience, data management, and operational efficiency.
Develop dashboards, performance metrics, and interactive reporting tools using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Flankspeed, etc.).
Implement and enforce security best practices, governance controls, permissions management, and cross-site collection functions.
Support Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives to improve communication and mission readiness.
Provide technical writing, documentation, end-user support, and training for all SharePoint-based solutions.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into scalable IT solutions.
