Job summary

CLVG Consulting Inc. - SBA 8(a), WOSB is seeking an on-site MS365 Knowledge Management and Records Specialist to modernize, govern, and maintain SharePoint Online. You will restructure information architecture, migrate content, automate collaboration, and implement retention controls in a regulated environment.

The role requires a Secret clearance and is based on-site in Crystal City, Virginia. Five+ years in knowledge/records management and deep SharePoint expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in knowledge management, records management, or SharePoint administration, preferably in federal/defense environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring SharePoint Online sites, permissions, libraries, lists, content types, metadata, views, navigation, and modern web parts.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Purview retention and sensitivity controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and restructure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, metadata, taxonomy, and navigation to improve search and efficiency.
• Plan and execute content migrations, inventory, mapping, validation, and post-migration quality checks.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for routing, approvals, notifications, and lifecycle management.
• Implement records-management policies, file plans, retention schedules, and disposition procedures.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor site health, adoption, storage, and compliance.
