Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Knowledge Management & Records Specialist to modernize and govern a SharePoint Online environment in the Pentagon. You will redesign document architecture, automate collaboration workflows with Power Automate, and enforce strict records management standards.

The role requires 3-5 years in information management or SharePoint, hands-on cloud flows, and Power BI reporting, with on-site work and Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of information management, knowledge management, SharePoint administration, or data operations in federal/defense environments.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture and basic development (lists, libraries, web parts).
• Experience building cloud flows in Power Automate and generating Power BI reports.
• Familiarity with NARA and federal records management guidelines and Purview.
• Strong attention to detail and on-site collaboration in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and restructure SharePoint sites, libraries, and metadata to improve discoverability and efficiency.
• Migrate data from legacy shares to secure SharePoint architectures and perform cleanup.
• Design automated processes with Power Automate for task routing and document lifecycle.
• Implement retention policies and dispose workflows using Purview and FOIA/case support.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor site health, adoption, and compliance.
