Halvik Corp is seeking a Knowledge Systems Specialist to support a government client in Va. Beach, VA. The role focuses on implementing and managing SharePoint-based knowledge systems and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The candidate will act as a SME for Microsoft platforms, enforce governance, and deliver training to end-users while ensuring secure and compliant data management.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire date.
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Apps.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and support Knowledge System Tools.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for selected platforms (SharePoint, Office 365, collaboration tools).
• Analyze business needs and map data flows to inform technical scope.
• Administer SharePoint site collections; manage permissions and governance.
• Create and maintain SharePoint apps, lists, libraries, workflows, and Power Apps.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure adoption.
