Datasoft Technologies, Inc. seeks a SharePoint Online Administrator to plan, design, administer, modernize, and optimize SharePoint Online sites, flows, and configurations.

The role blends technical capability with business goals to deliver efficient processes and strong governance. The position requires 5+ years of SharePoint Online and SPFx experience, plus expertise in Entra ID, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to customize and integrate Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong front-end design, user interface, and user experience expertise.
• Experience implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and developing runbooks.
• Experience creating and maintaining workflows with Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain the functionality of sites, subsites, and links.
• Perform site and content permission audits and manage security groups in Entra ID.
• Collaborate with site owners to enhance functionality and governance of SharePoint sites.
• Develop architecture diagrams and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
• Provide end-user support and training for SharePoint Online capabilities.
• Stay current with Microsoft platform updates and roadmap changes.
• Plan and implement project milestones for SharePoint Online enhancements.
