Job description

We’re looking for an experienced SharePoint Online Engineer to lead end‑to‑end SharePoint initiatives, including an intranet revamp and migrations from Azure Files and Google Drive into SharePoint Online. This role combines hands‑on engineering with stakeholder collaboration and light technical leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead SharePoint projects from design and architecture through implementation
• Own content and file migrations into SharePoint Online
• Build and configure modern SharePoint sites and pages in partnership with design teams
• Develop and maintain workflow automation using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Leverage PowerShell for administration and custom tooling
• Partner closely with product, business, and technical stakeholders
• Provide technical and architectural guidance to a secondary SharePoint engineer supporting delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online architecture and administration
• Proven experience leading SharePoint migrations and modernization efforts
• Proficiency with PowerShell for SharePoint administration
• Automation mindset with experience using Power Automate and/or Power Apps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑facing skills
• Experience working with unstructured data and a working understanding of basic SQL concepts

Nice to Have

• Experience with C#, Terraform, or application performance monitoring tools
• SharePoint on‑prem to Online transition experience
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
