Job summary

Newsletter Jobs is seeking an Internal Communications & Learning Specialist to manage SharePoint and the company intranet, create digital content, and produce training videos. This role supports employee learning initiatives and ensures access to accurate information and user-friendly collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications, learning and development, or instructional design.
• Proven ability to develop training materials and educational resources.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience creating digital learning materials, training videos, and visual communications.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint intranet, monitor content for consistency, usability, branding, and compliance.
• Design, develop, maintain SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, and resource centers.
• Publish internal announcements, policies, forms, trainings, newsletters, and updates.
• Organize digital content libraries ensuring current, accurate versions and easy navigation.
• Create and edit engaging training videos and instructional materials for onboarding and development.
• Develop quick reference guides, tip sheets, e-learning modules, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT and HR to identify training initiatives and technology adoption.
• Maintain digital PDFs for EMR system (ModMed) to support clinical workflows.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and escalate complex problems to third-party IT.
• Stay informed on Microsoft 365 and digital communication best practices.
