Job summary

Newsletter Jobs is seeking an Internal Communications & Learning Specialist to manage SharePoint intranet, develop training content, and produce instructional videos. You will collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, and Clinical leadership to identify training needs and promote knowledge sharing.

The role focuses on creating accessible learning materials, maintaining digital resources, and ensuring up-to-date information across the org. Richmond, VA-based on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of internal communications or learning and development experience preferred.
• Experience developing training materials or educational resources.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
• Experience creating digital learning materials and training videos.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint intranet; monitor content for consistency, usability, branding and compliance.
• Design, develop, maintain, and improve SharePoint sites, libraries, and resource centers.
• Publish internal announcements, policies, forms, trainings, newsletters and updates.
• Organize digital content libraries and repositories; ensure current content and easy navigation.
• Create and edit training videos and instructional materials for onboarding and development.
• Develop e-learning modules, quick reference guides, and job aids.
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, IT and HR leadership on training initiatives and tech adoption.
• Maintain digital PDFs for EMR system (ModMed) supporting workflows.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and escalate to IT partner as needed.
• Stay informed on Microsoft 365 and digital communication best practices.
