Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager to lead IT Communications & Digital Operations in Austin, TX. You will shape strategy, governance, and improvements for SharePoint-based intranet and Microsoft 365 communications, collaborating across IT, Security, Risk, HR, and Internal Communications.

You’ll oversee content architecture, platform adoption, and employee communications, driving continuous improvement in intranet governance and user experience across Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in internal IT communications, intranet management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing SharePoint Online environments, governance frameworks, and content architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide IT communication strategies supporting technology initiatives and adoption.
• Lead communications for technology updates, outages, maintenance events, and service disruptions.
• Own SHI’s intranet (SharePoint) governance, content lifecycle, and publishing policies.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and improve employee self-service experiences.
• Establish governance frameworks balancing usability, scalability, and compliance.
