Job summary

FreedomCare is seeking a SharePoint Knowledge & Learning Administrator to design, build, and maintain a centralized knowledge ecosystem using SharePoint Online. You will own information architecture, governance, and long-term sustainability while supporting LMS administration and content development.

You will collaborate with HR, Compliance, Operations, and IT to translate business needs into an effective knowledge system, writing documentation and enabling accessible training assets for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or professional experience.
• Experience building a SharePoint site or knowledge base from the ground up.
• Strong information architecture, metadata design, permissions, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a centralized SharePoint Online knowledge site from the ground up, including site architecture, navigation, page templates, metadata, and permissions.
• Develop information architecture to ensure content is intuitive, searchable, and scalable.
• Establish and enforce content governance standards, including ownership models, review cadences, version control, and lifecycle management.
• Create naming conventions, page standards, metadata tagging, and documentation best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Operations, IT to translate business needs into an effective knowledge system.
• Write, edit, and maintain process docs, job aids, scripts, and internal communications.
• Oversee LMS integrations (including Salesforce) and reporting accuracy; manage course uploads and learner enrollments.
• Set up automated learning pathways, reminders, and certifications aligned with compliance.
