Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, or BIS.
  • 3+ years of SharePoint Online administration experience.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and governance.
  • Experience with document management and SharePoint governance best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain modern SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and templates.
  • Develop governance standards to keep content organized, searchable, secure, and compliant.
  • Manage permissions, security groups, metadata, content types, retention policies, and document lifecycle.

  • Plan and execute content migrations and site reorganizations.

  • Partner with departments to design solutions that improve collaboration and information management.
  • Develop retention strategies and sensitivity labeling standards for data governance.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
  • Manage external sharing and guest access policies.
  • Support licensing and user access related to collaboration tools.
  • Enable productivity through Lists, Planner, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Identify and deploy automation opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Support AI-powered tools and agents within Microsoft environment.

We're looking for a SharePoint Administrator to lead and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. You’ll serve as the primary technical expert for SharePoint Online while helping drive best practices across Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Power Platform solutions, and emerging AI technologies. What You’ll Do:
Lead Our SharePoint Environment
  • Building and maintaining modern SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and templates.

  • Developing retention strategies and sensitivity labeling standards to support data governance and compliance.
Expand Collaboration Across Microsoft 365
  • Administering Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
  • Managing external sharing and guest access policies.
  • Supporting licensing and user access related to collaboration tools.
  • Enabling productivity through Microsoft Lists, Planner, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Helping identify and deploy automation opportunities that streamline business processes.
  • Supporting the safe and effective adoption of AI‑powered tools and agents within the Microsoft environment.
  • Partnering with IT leadership on security, compliance, and governance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
