A highly specialized Midtown NYC litigation boutique with a focus on shareholder derivative actions and investor-side litigation is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a team of seasoned litigators on high-impact shareholder and securities cases—with the resources, mentoring, and case ownership that only a tight-knit team can offer.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 4–8 years of complex litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and case management skills
• Prior exposure to securities litigation or shareholder derivative matters a plus
• Licensed and eligible to work in New York
• A desire to work fully in-office and collaborate directly with partners and clients
• Full-time, in-office role in Midtown Manhattan
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Compensation: $155,000 – $250,000 base salary (commensurate with experience), plus performance-based bonus structure
