Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a resource management leader to guide Shared Services Generalists across multiple providers. You will allocate talent, forecast needs, and align resources with demand and project priorities while working with project managers and department heads.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in related roles with 3+ years in leadership, or 9+ years with leadership experience and a high school diploma. Masters or CPA preferred, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience
• High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
• Master's Degree or CPA preferred
