Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shared Services Manager for our Manufacturing department. This is an exciting hybrid role that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in treasury, travel & expense, accounts payable, variance analysis, monthly and annual reporting, financial controls, manufacturing, forecasting, FP&A, GL, reconciliation, SAP, and Ariba. You will play a key role in driving the financial success of our organization by providing strategic oversight to our shared services function. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance our financial processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the shared services function including treasury, accounts payable, travel & expense, and general ledger.
• Performing variance analysis, monthly and annual reporting to provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
• Implementing and maintaining strong financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Driving process improvements in the shared services function to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilizing SAP and Ariba systems for financial management and reporting.
• Collaborating with the manufacturing department to develop accurate forecasting and budgeting models.
• Leading the FP&A processes, providing critical financial insights to aid decision making.
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Proven experience in treasury, travel & expense, accounts payable, variance analysis, monthly and annual reporting, and financial controls.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP and Ariba systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their financial implications.
• Experience in forecasting, FP&A, and GL reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid change.
