Jobot seeks a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing team. You will perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic objectives, with emphasis on FP&A processes and Power BI visualization.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-financial stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's or CPA a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis, preferably in Manufacturing/Industrial.
• Proficient in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and journal entries.
• Proven experience with Power BI and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights to senior management.
• Create and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Perform variance analysis and provide management insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows).
• Manage capital budgeting evaluations and ROI analyses.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure data accuracy per accounting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.
• Utilize Power BI for financial visualization and decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to align forecasts with operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
• Create and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Perform variance analysis to understand the difference between planned and actual financial performance and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage capital budgeting process, including the evaluation of investment proposals and ROI analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial data in compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize Power BI for financial data visualization and to facilitate business decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between financial forecasts and operational plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the Manufacturing/Industrial industry.
• Proficient in accounting, FP&A, industrial budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, capital budgeting, and journal entries.
• Proven experience in process improvement and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey financial data and complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
