Job summary

Vista Care South Dakota, LLC is seeking a Shared Living Service & Support Supervisor to lead and support a network of Shared Living Providers. You will bridge person-centered care with operational excellence to help individuals with IDD live fulfilling, safe lives in community settings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or 3+ years of IDD experience and 1+ year of supervisory leadership. Travel is involved, with a flexible hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or 3+ years of equivalent IDD experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and satisfactory background check.
• Digital literacy with electronic databases and calendars; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provider oversight through quality assurance audits and field visits.
• Coordinate individualized support plans and ensure person-centered care.
• Oversee healthcare compliance, medical appointments, and incident management.
• Build relationships with families, guardians, case managers, and state agencies.
• Provide on-call support and crisis response as needed.
