Job summary

Wellvance is seeking a Community Living Support Supervisor to lead CLS staff serving individuals with I/DD, SMI, or SED. You will supervise service delivery, ensure plan adherence, and collaborate with families and case managers to maximize client independence.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred; AA accepted with 3+ years supervisory exp.
• Computer literacy with standard office equipment and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar; ability to create spreadsheets, pivot tables, data comparisons and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Empathy and ability to handle sensitive situations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CLS staff servicing individuals with I/DD, SMI, or SED to promote independence.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
• Coordinate with families, case holders, and community resources.
