Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a compassionate Shared Living Provider to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment. You will provide daily care, a private bedroom, transportation, and assistance with cooking, cleaning, personal care, and scheduling medical appointments, with 24/7 support from a dedicated ViaQuest Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Clean background checks required.
• Home must meet safety requirements; home assessment may be required.
• Home or renter’s insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to an adult with a developmental disability.
• Offer a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
