Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. seeks a compassionate In-Home Shared Living Provider in Hamilton County, OH to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment.

You will provide a private bedroom, daily living assistance, transportation help, and schedule medical appointments and activities, with ongoing training and 24/7 support from a ViaQuest Manager.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle are required.
• Clean background checks are required.
• Home safety assessment is required.
• Home or renter's insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• A adult with a developmental disability will live in your home with you and you will provide daily care and support.
• Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care and transportation.
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance.
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities.
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff.
