Job summary

Consulguru Pte. Ltd. in Texas is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to support monthly closing and AR processes within the shared services function.

You will review monthly P&L statements, reconcile accounts, maintain AR documentation, and coordinate with the Shared AR team to ensure accurate billing, collections, and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes strong internal controls and collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet schedules.
• Review month-end and year-end closing journals and perform accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensuring all AR transactions are properly recorded and supported.
• Coordinate with the Shared AR team to oversee daily operations, including refunds, write-offs, billing adjustments, and other AR-related activities.
• Collaborate with Operations (BU), Finance, IT, and other relevant departments to resolve ARissues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation, schedules, and explanations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance AR processes, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency within the shared services function.
