Job summary

Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed on the Minnesota Registry.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and support elders respectfully.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English to document care and communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
  • Preferred: EMR knowledge; experience in long-term care or Green House models.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting).
  • Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or psychosocial status.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy in documentation and care.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility with appropriate equipment.
  • Support meals, hydration, and dietary plans; monitor intake.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and emergency protocols.

Residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining.We are currently hiring a Shahbaz to join our Nursing team and provide comprehensive, person-centered care in a home-like environment that fosters dignity, autonomy, and quality of life for residents.Wage: $22.50-$24.50/hr.
